- To receive a full refund of the experience, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the experience.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the experience, you will not receive a refund.
- Any changes made less than 48 hours before the start of the experience will not be accepted.
- The cut-off time is based on the local time at the location where the experience takes place.
- The weather must be fine for this experience to take place. If cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before the tour starts. In case of late arrival, the booking fee will be forfeited.
- Route Mallorca reserves the right to change or cancel the timetables and excursions.

*For driver change there is an additional cost of 30 euros for insurance that is paid in our office.
