Any changes made less than 48 hours before the start of the experience will not be accepted.
The cut-off time is based on the local time at the location where the experience takes place.
The weather must be fine for this experience to take place. If cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the tour starts. In case of late arrival, the booking fee will be forfeited.
